- Introduction
- Indokwon Prugio El Centro is a project of developing a relocated site of a public institution where Heerim supported the Client in the whole process from land purchase, the establishment of district unit plan to the project completion. Despite the uncertainty of business feasibility due to the unclear district unit plan direction at signing land sale contract, Heerim successfully established the district unit plan not only contributed to securing the business but also developing the local economy through active design review and consultation with related authorities. Indokwon Prugio El Centro is the only newly built apartment in Indeokwon consisted of 1,774 units with various skylines ranging from 27th to 43rd floors. The unit plan is designed in two types, 34 py, and 40 py, both equipped with balconies on their three sides. Currently, Indeokwon Prugio El Centro is receiving attention and publicity effects due to its rarity of being the only new apartment in the Indeokwon area and thanks to the scheduled development projects including but not limited to the additional route of GTX-C.
