Design
- Introduction
- Changwon had been lost its value as a residential area due to the military camps. Unicity was presented as a new urban development model of Changwon as a core of balanced community development to restore the residential capability. To create the small-sized new town as an eco-friendly green complex with various functions, a green axis connected Central Park and Sahwa Park to secure view to the green spaces, while the height difference of the building height provides sufficient natural sunlight and ventilation. Unicity will be a new landmark of Changwon through the pedestrian-oriented design and organic connection between four residential buildings and commercial, business, cultural, and educational facilities.
