- Introduction
- Heerim has been selected as the design firm for the Banpo Mido 1 Apartment Reconstruction Competition located in Seocho-gu, Seoul. Since the site is in prime location, offering premium lifestyle benefits including excellent transportation, culture, education, nature, and wellness, the project features specialized design to maximize the view. This includes Seoripul Park, Han River, Namsan Mountain, and Bukhansan Mountain. To maximize the value of the complex, the residential towers are arranged to have views of the Han River and Seoripul Park, with terraces designed for every unit to expand living area. The project also incorporates a luxury 7-star hotel-level community facility. Seamlessly connected with Seoripul Park, the 350m long central plaza of 7-star hotel-level community "The Banpo Arc Avenue" and the sophisticated "The Banpo Gallery" blends water features and art spaces, allowing residents to enjoy the emotions of nature and the latest trends throughout all seasons. Facing the Han River, 120m tall Sky Community was specially planned to offer a 360-degree panoramic view of the Han River, providing an extraordinary daily living experience and timeless value. This landmark complex adds Sapyeong-daero symbolic significance to complete an iconic presence in the area. For the future, advanced smart technologies such as robotic concierge services, valet parking, and automated parcel systems were incorporated to set a new standard for next-generation smart residential complexes. Heerim with extensive experience in high-end residential design, has applied cutting-edge expertise and differentiated design strategies that resonated strongly with many stakeholders. This has ultimately made Heerim to be the final designer. We look forward to “The Banpo” becoming the definitive benchmark for Korea’s high-end life, leading the way for the 5th generation of reconstruction projects.
