Janghang E-tech The Live Multi-family Apartments

Seocheon, Korea

Introduction: Located in 350-3, Changseon 2-ri, Janghang-eup, Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, the project is a 7-dong RC structure with 20 stories above ground and 1 underground, and is the largest apartment in Seocheon as of 2005. The lower part of the apartment is designed with a piloti structure to maximize the circulation convenience in the complex and unfavorable conditions of underground spaces are improved by planning all south-oriented units and sunken garden. Design and construction work were based on energy-saving, sustainable and health-friendly housing construction standards.
