- Introduction
- Following the guidelines of the Hoehyeon-dong is CBD Redevelopment Plan, the project has been designed as a luxurious residential town that coexists with nature and city’s amenities. The 1st floor of the building has been designed with Pilotis, and the building height limit (90m) between the complex and Namsan Mt. has been raised to 110m to provide a view of Namsan Mt. to more than 90% of residents.
