Jungheung S-Class Centum View is located in a high-density residential area connected to the central commercial region on a site, where low-impact development (LID) is applied according to the master plan of Sejong City. Moreover, the site is adjacent to the low Osan Mountain to the north and a waterfront park to the south. Based on a concept of 'WeAVE(wave+emblem, every, eco), the design harmoniously combines elements that are comparable to each other such as high and low density, city and nature, commercial and residential with streamlined tower through curvilinear elements. Moreover, the main building resembling the flow of the Keum River in the city, the elevation framing the surrounding views, and curvilinear apartment blocks embodying the water and sky created various views of the city. Residential units were planned as a flat/curved type on the south with an excellent residential environment, natural scenery, cross ventilation and specialized high-rise terraced units were designed with a diverse skyline presenting a new lifestyle in the city. Especially, a human scale trail is created in an urban scenery centered on a high-rise buildings to form a neighborhood community with three different themes such as village walkway, alleyway, and sky road. The 330 meter long "Sky Road", which connects the three main apartment blocks in the north, is designed as a landmark of the city offering various small and large community spaces while a botanical garden, kids cafe, and silver café were planned in the lower levels connected with the park. Furthermore, according to the master plan, 11 low-impact development (LID) techniques were applied considering natural water circulation to become an eco-friendly residential complex design. In the box-shaped architecture in the grid pattern of the city, the Jungheung S-Class Centum View is envisioned to become a landmark of a new city through a natural curvilinear design that opens toward the sky.
